Thank you very much for the training today. Not only did I learn how to get great steam from my machine [Gaggia Classic] (which was the main thing I wanted to learn), but I got lots of other great tips too. It was only when I was telling my wife about the session that I realised just how much I had learned! I can now dose better, tamp better, time my shots better and steam the milk better. It was well worth the money and I'd be happy to recommend you to my friends.

Thank you very much for a fantastic training course. Explanations and content were very detailed and helpful; I thoroughly enjoyed the “chemistry lesson” behind coffee making that was quite interesting.
I especially enjoyed the hands on coffee making experience from basic grinding to the actual coffee making. Well worth the experience! Highly recommended.

The course was great and I really felt Dave's passion for Espresso. Dave answered all of my questions and explained the theory of espresso making really clearly. He made me feel really comfortable behind a coffee machine and was really thorough at correcting my mistakes so I could be a better Barista!

Great course for those who want to familiarise themselves with commercial coffee machines and coffee making. The class was small so every student got
more attention and had opportunities to interactively discuss matters in espresso making. Keep up the good work!
