Seven Seeds
Had a chance to check out Seven Seeds for the first time yesterday and bumped in to Nolan Hirte while I was there. On MD's (Mark Dundon owner of Seven Seeds) suggestion, he brewed me some Brazil Cup of Excellence winner Fazenda Kaquend (a combination of Yellow Bourbon and Catuai varietals from memory!) on the Clover. Extremely clean cup of coffee, light citrus and floral sweetness and beautifully balanced. Delicious!
