Pre-requisites: Espresso Basics or sound knowledge of espresso preparation; grind setting and milk texturing.

Class size: 4 students maximum! We like to keep our class sizes small so that you receive individual attention.

So you've got the basics down pat, lets turn that milk in liquid velvet and pour some art! Our Latte Art course is designed to be a hands-on class and is taught by the 2010 Australian and Victorian Latte Art Champion - Will Priestley#. This latte art course will cover free pouring the heart, rosetta, tulip and etching of visually stunning patterns such as the hibiscus flower and snail shell.

- If you would like to learn how to free pour and etch art on your coffees
- Home baristas and coffee enthusiasts who have a firm grasp of espresso making basics
- People looking to find a job as a barista
