In this introductory barista course to espresso coffee making, you will learn fundamental barista skills required to make coffee in the modern cafe. This class is also suitable for home baristas who would like to learn how to make better coffee at home.
We will show you how to correctly dose, tamp, and extract delicious tasting espressos using only proven up to date techniques. From there you will learn to texture milk to create all the popular drinks on today’s coffee espresso menu including the caffe latte, flat white, cappuccino, and macchiato.
You will have access to unlimited coffee beans and milk to practice with. With our small class sizes, we guarantee you’ll walk away making better coffee than you did walking in.
