We have purposely chosen to avoid national certification for a number of reasons but the biggest reason why we avoid "Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee" SITHFAB005 (formerly SITHFAB204) is because the standards that are taught by most Registered Training Organisations are often outdated and irrelevant to today's industry.
